Delivery & Returns
- We usually deliver within 5-9 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
- NO
- We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from DudsMe.com. You can return all items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. This excludes bodysuits, swimwear, and items purchased on sale or using a promotional discount code. The refund amount will be credited back to your DudsMe account as a voucher or credit points.
In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 5 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. if reverse pickup isunsuccessfullafter three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be canceled. similarly, if the product itself shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will becancelled.
In case of missing bank details, four weeks after refund initiation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation.
- Within the first 15 days, of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
- Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 15 days.
- You can inform us within 15 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at support@DudsMe.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
- Should you use the Return Form to dispatch the Return from your end more quickly, point D) will apply
- Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.
You can return any products ordered from DudsMe.com within 15 days of delivery. In case of items with manufacturing defects, you can return products within 15 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.
Please Note: The no-questions-asked return policy is not valid on items that are on sale. These can only be returned due to manufacturing or defect/negligence on our part.
How do I return products to DudsMe?
OPTION A
It's a simple 2 step process:
- Write to us at support@DudsMe.com to place your returns request. After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive will inform you whether we can organize a pickup for your return in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment of your return yourself.
- In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on support@DudsMe.com.
OPTION B
It's a simple 1 step process:
- Fill out the return form shipped to you with the order, follow the instructions on the form and ship the products to us.
Note:
1. In case you have opted for DudsMe to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
2. If your pin code is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
3. In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please email us the tracking info on support@DudsMe.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.
4. The shipping charge is non-refundable.
Where do I send my return?
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the DudsMe order # in cases of both pickup and self-shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually, you will receive your refund in term of store credit or in your bank account at the end of this 48-hour window.
Do I get charged for returning products?
Yes, In case of return shipping charge would deducted from the final reimbursement payment.

Can I return Custom/Tailor Made products?
No! You can not return custom or tailor-made products because it was specially designed according to your measurements.
How will I be refunded for the return?
On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your DudsMe account as a voucher or credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on DudsMe.com.
Can I request delivery to an international shipping address?
Yes! As Dudsme ships worldwide.
